NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming which was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder during 1970s founded on the works of Virginia Satir, "Fritz Perls" and Milton Erickson. It was created based on the skill of modeling the systems of successful Psychotherapists.

NLP is composed of the Neurological processes (how we think), linguistics (how our mind uses language) and programming (behavioral patterns learn through experience).
